Critical illness-associated cerebral microbleeds and leukoencephalopathy related to COVID-19 infection are increasingly being recognized in the literature. We report seven cases of COVID-19 with microbleeds in the juxtacortical white matter and corpus callosum and one case of leukoencephalopathy.

Atraumatic convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage (cSAH) is a rare non-aneurysmal SAH, commonly due to ipsilateral internal carotid artery (ICA) stenosis. It is unusual for the cSAH to occur contralaterally to the infarct. We report two cases of acute ischemic stroke associated with contralateral and ipsilateral cSAH that had different presentations.

Subacute combined degeneration (SACD) of the spinal cord is a common neurological manifestation of vitamin B12 deficiency. We report a rare finding of hyperintense T2 signal in the dorsal and lateral columns with restricted diffusion in MR study of the thoracic spine in 47 years old diagnosed with SACD.

Paroxysmal dysarthria and Ataxia (PDA) is a rare neurological manifestation of stereotyped attacks of sudden ataxic symptoms lasts for few seconds to minutes, of variable frequency. We report a case of PDA in a 61 years old male with an isolated homogenously enhancing solitary midbrain lesion and positive HLA-B51.

We report a rare and first case of combined cerebral venous sinus thrombosis and posterior internal carotid artery stroke in a 35-year-old female on combined oral contraceptive pills (COCP), presented with headache and vertigo, found to have extensive venous thrombosis and PICA territory ischemic infarct with persistently elevated factor VIII.

SARS-CoV-2 infection may present with numerous neurological manifestations. We report the case of a young obese lady, recently discharged after treatment for COVID-19 infection, who later presented with headache and blurred vision, diagnosed to have pseudotumor cerebri and concurrent bilateral optic neuritis.
