IntroductionSubungual onycholemmal cysts (SOC) also known as subungual epidermoid inclusion cyst is an uncommon nail abnormality which affect the dermis of the nail bed. SOC has variable clinical presentations include onychodystrophy, ridging, clubbing, thickening, pigmentation or even appears normal (1). It can also mimic different nail malignancy such as melanoma, SCC or glomus tumor (2). In this report we document a case of unilateral second right finger nail onychodystrophy in 54-year-old man.

The most common variant of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL) is mycosis fungoides (MF).The spontaneous regression (SR) of MF is rare. Here, we are reporting an interesting case of refractory MF after COVID-19. The SARS-CoV-2 could be an essential component in the improvement of clinical features related to MF.

Keratosis lichenoides chronica (KLC) is a rare dermatosis which represents different clinical characteristics between adult- and pediatric-onset cases. We described a childhood case of KLC with features typical for adult onset disease. Acitretin led to partial improvement of her skin (but not mucosal) lesions.
