COVID-19 vaccine side effects are still a hot area under study, Many side effects have been identified, and others are still under study. Herein, we are reporting a patient who developed Rapidly Progressive Glomerulonephritis due to anti-GBM disease two days after receiving the COVI-19 vaccine.

COVID-19 associated bronchiectasis is an atypical finding and it's not commonly described sequel of the disease. Here, we present a previously healthy middle-aged man who developed progressive bronchiectasis evident on serial chest CT scans with superimposed bacterial infection following COVID-19 pneumonia.

After a complete symptomatic recovery after COVID-19 pneumonia, the second phase of desaturation is a new phenomenon that is being increasingly observed. Two possible mechanisms behind it can be a continued subclinical infection and lung fibrosis. We have presented a case with the former mechanism, who responded well to steroids.
