The report by Krishna MT and colleagues reveals some of the challenges
clinicians face in the management of allergic diseases in the Indian
subcontinent, especially with lack of availability of adrenaline
auto-injectors, accessibility to validated in-vitro diagnostics,
standardized allergens for skin testing and allergen immunotherapy
products.
