Von Recklinghausen's disease is characterized by skin pigmentation, multiple neurofibromatosis, and osseous changes. Freeman-Sheldon syndrome (FSS) is characterized by multiple joint contractures, characteristic facial features, such as microtia, defects of the hands and feet, such as clubfoot, and skeletal malformations.
