Result In this study, 75.1%, 44.7%, and 52.8% of participants had a good knowledge, positive attitude and good practice toward COVID-19 prevention, respectively. Occupation and educational status were found to have significant strong association with level of knowledge. Occupation, educational status, monthly income and family size were found to have significant strong association with level of attitude. Marital status, educational status and family size were found to have significant strong association with level of practice toward Covid-19 recommended prevention measures. Conclusion Overall, there is high level of knowledge and medium level of attitude and practice toward Covid-19 recommended prevention measures. Repeated tailored information using different media should be provided to the community regarding Covid-19 prevention methods. Existing Covid-19 prevention efforts should be strengthened and evaluated to improve community preventive practices.
