Abstract

Left bundle branch area pacing improves outcomes in candidates to cardiac resynchronization therapy. Additional left ventricular pacing might be indicated in selected patients, but this so-called LOT-CRT approach remains complex in patients indicated with a defibrillator. We describe a new simplified technique -- Reverse LOT-CRT-D -- in this population.
