Abstract

Pachydermoperiostosis (PDP) is a rare genetic disorder with unclear etiopathogenesis. We report a case of a 38-years-old male who presented with classic features of PDP. Patient showed a good initial response to Etoricoxib therapy but the safety and efficacy over long-term use are yet to be determined in further studies.
